Senior Automation Engineer - AI Health Cloud

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and optimize intelligent automation solutions within our AI-enabled Health Cloud Platform. This platform supports clinical and pharmacy workflows through the integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement secure, scalable, and compliant automation frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and healthcare outcomes.

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Design automation workflows that integrate with AI/ML models, clinical systems, corporate systems, and pharmacy platforms.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to embed RPA within agentic and generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
• Establish best practices for bot development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with HIPAA and healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, RxNorm).
• Evaluate and integrate UiPath APIs and orchestration capabilities.
• Mentor junior automation developers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Document automation architecture, workflows, and operational procedures.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with strong proficiency in UiPath.
• Proven success in deploying automation solutions in healthcare or other regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of workflow orchestration, exception handling, and bot governance.
• Experience integrating UiPath with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with intelligent agents, multi-agent systems, or AI-enhanced automation.
• Background in clinical decision support systems (CDSS) or pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
• Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Contributions to automation communities or open-source RPA projects.
