Overview LMI is seeking an Operations and Performance Management specialist to support our federal customer in Arlington, Virginia. The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective execution of executive directives and strategic management initiatives within the A&S, Directorate, Business Operations, Executive Operations office. This position manages and tracks Executive Orders, Presidential Actions, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with departmental goals. The Analyst serves as a key liaison with the A&S components and Directorate of Administration and Management (DA&M) and utilizes various data management tools, including CATMS, PULSE dashboards and SharePoint, to maintain accurate records and facilitate informed decision-making. Responsibilities Executive Order and Presidential Action Management:
Tracking and Monitoring: Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all applicable Executive Orders (EOs) and Presidential Actions (PAs), meticulously monitoring progress against established timelines and milestones.

Qualifications
Target salary range: $115,000 - $118,000 The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
