Description and Requirements

We're building a world-class team to support one of the most visionary CTOs in the industry, and we're looking for a Business Operations Manager to help lead the charge. In this high-impact role, you'll partner directly with the Chief of Staff and Business Operations lead to drive strategic execution, operational excellence, and transformation across an AI-native enterprise. You'll operate at the center of innovation, enabling breakthrough technologies and cognitive operating models.

We value speed, strategic clarity, and a deep commitment to building the best team ever to have existed. If you're passionate about AI, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to help shape the future of enterprise technology, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Manage operational rhythms, OKRs, executive planning and offsites, strategic initiatives and performance excellence across the CTO organization.
  • Business Operations: Manage core business processes including budget tracking, headcount planning, vendor engagement, and reporting.
  • Executive Communications: Support the preparation of briefing materials, dashboards, and executive updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Enablement: Support organizational health initiatives, onboarding, and team development efforts.
  • Data & Insights: Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Absorb and run complex operational workstreams on behalf of the Chief of Staff, creating the bandwidth for them to stay focused on executive-level strategy, stakeholder management, and CTO facing priorities.
  • Scale the Chief of Staff function by taking ownership of recurring, high-volume operational processes, such as cross-functional coordination (e.g media/comms/real estate) to ensure predictability and consistency.
  • Act as the operational integrator, translating strategic direction from the CoS into executable workflows, managing interdependencies, and removing blockers before they require senior escalation.
  • Drive disciplined operational execution across CTO pillars, overseeing delivery plans so that the CoS can focus on higher-order decision-making rather than operational follow-through.
  • Provide a reliable second line of leadership, stepping into meetings, reviews, and decision forums on behalf of the CoS to maintain momentum and continuity across operational work at scale.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or chief of staff support roles.

Preferred Requirements:

  • MBA with a background in technology or innovation-driven environments preferred.
  • Appreciation for balancing speed with strategic thinking, and a strong desire to be part of a high-performing, purpose-driven team.
  • Working understanding and passion for AI, including its applications in enterprise transformation and innovation.
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

""The base salary range budgeted for this position is $160,000-$200,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com."
