Program Director - Pharmaceutical Development & Clinical Supply Operations On-site | Kansas City, MO MRIGlobal is seeking a PhD-level Program Director to lead complex pharmaceutical development and clinical supply programs supporting early-phase research. This on-site role blends scientific depth with strategic program execution, overseeing CMC development, analytical testing, stability studies, and investigational material distribution. Role Overview In this position, you will direct multidisciplinary teams responsible for drug substance/drug product development, analytical characterization, and repository operations. You will ensure scientific integrity, operational excellence, and compliance with quality and regulatory expectations while coordinating internal staff and external subcontractors. Pay Range $128,000 - $141,000 The salary range is intended as a general guideline and is not a guaranteed offer, as compensation depends on various factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
