We are seeking an Associate Director, Electrical Engineering to help lead that mission and shape the future of our engineering practice. In this senior leadership role, you will provide strategic direction for complex electrical engineering programs supporting government and national security clients. You will inspire and mentor high performing teams, strengthen trusted client relationships, and ensure technical excellence across multiple office locations and remote teams. While responsibilities aligned with a licensed Professional Engineer are part of the role, the primary focus is leadership, vision, and impact. You will guide technical standards, drive innovation, and contribute to business operations including resource planning, compensation strategy, and organizational growth. In compliance with applicable state pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $154,160 to $231,240. This range is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amounts may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to employees may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
