We are currently seeking a Clinical Director for a program supporting research and development activities in the Health sector. This is an amazing opportunity to directly deliver emerging technological capability to our nation's best.



Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

    Serve as Clinical Expert across PSI opportunities, including ARPA-H PARADIGM, ARPA-H POSEIDON, and any efforts for GOHospital or AutoMedix, as well as other care transformation solutions.
  • Provide oversight to ensure clinical accuracy, alignment with best practices, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Function as rural health subject matter expert, helping design and adapt solutions to meet unique community and population needs. Provide test subject matter expertise in developments to achieve validation of design acceptability criteria.
  • Support solutioning for program of government customers' needs in implementing/integrating rural health applications
  • Develop implement and sustain clinical solutions for PSI's Emerging Technology and Innovation activities
  • Supports new developmental projects with technical and operational expertise.
  • Ensures team maintains and complies with all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.
  • Serve as Clinical Leader across PSI, representing the healthcare provider and nursing perspective in innovation, strategy, and client engagement.
  • Provide thought leadership in chronic disease to strengthen PSI's market positioning
  • Mentor PSI staff and partners to integrate clinical excellence into operations, development, and delivery models.


Minimum Requirements

  • Doctor of Nursing Practice or similar clinical degree.
  • Family Nurse Practitioner Certification or similar.
  • Board Certified - Advanced Diabetes Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of commercial and military healthcare delivery systems and networks.
  • Knowledge of government information assurance, policy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience in clinical trials and testing, Healthcare solutions, digital test design and execution.
  • 20+ years' experience in practical nursing and clinical care delivery and instruction in the same.


Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist or similar.
