As a Security Guard - Access Control - Weekdays in Collierville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution setting, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated areas. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the logistics and distribution location.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding visitors while adhering to site-specific policies and procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe and report on security-related matters.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, communicating information as needed to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
