As a Temporary Payment Analyst I or II, your role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate processing of various back office operational functions to ensure seamless execution and delivery of consumer and business payment services for WSECU members. End date for the temporary assignment is March 31, 2026. In this role you'll be providing phone, chat and email support to members and coworkers for operational, technical and service-related needs. You'll be responsible for handling member and employee inquiries related to payment services, while performing accurate and timely execution of department related back-office functions. You'll be providing operational and technical support to internal and external members for ACH, check processing, Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, Peer to Peer P2P, Digital Currency, Wire Processing, and oversight and maintenance related to our core processing system, Symitar. What you bring to the team: For Payments Analyst I Competitive pay for Payments Analyst I: $20.86 - $31.29 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications plus an annual discretionary incentive plan
For Payment Analyst II Competitive pay for Payments Analyst II: $23.29 - $34.94 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications plus an annual discretionary incentive plan
