About the Role

You're Good At:

• Juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Crafting engaging registration websites and managing participant communications
• Effectively troubleshooting challenges as they arise
• Developing and managing budgets to ensure event success

You Might Also Have:

• A degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• A couple of years in meeting planning or a similar role
• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals
• A positive attitude and a creative problem-solving approach
• The flexibility for occasional travel (up to 50%) to bring events to life

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager is between $55,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
