Job Summary

The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations departmentbyassistingwithevent setups,conversions, general facility maintenance,and daily operational tasks.

Essential Functions

• Physicallyassistwith event setups,conversions, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist Asst. Manager, Operations, Conversion Crew Leads and Event Managers with relevant event/operation related information
• Work with Supervisor on day-to-day task for department
• Perform facility operational tasks required to maintain the facility on non-event days
• Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of operations equipmentincluding:forklifts, pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
• Mustbeableto worknights,weekends, andholidays aseventschedule requires
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as functionin atimely manner
• Abilityto workasa team andaccurately follow instructions
• Ability to complete tasks withgreat attentiontodetail
• Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted
• Ability tolift up to75lbs with a teammember
• Abilitytocommunicate effectively inEnglish
• Excellent timemanagementskillsandabilitytoprioritize specific tasks
• Strong organizational skills with abilitytomulti-taskandeffectively maneuver between functions.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Forklift certification not required but strongly preferred
• Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of and/orpreviouswork experience in sports and entertainment preferred
• Knowledge ofgeneral safetypractices

Payscale: $21.53

Bonus:If not applicable This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
