Location: Childress, TX

Contract: 6 months plus

Pay: $55 hr. to $60 hr.

Position Summary

The Industrial Electrical QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining the Quality Assurance and Quality Control program for large-scale electrical data center construction project. This role ensures all work complies with design specifications, customer requirements, industry codes, and company standards. The incumbent will coordinate closely with project management, field operations, commissioning teams, and clients to drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Quality Management & Oversight:

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection/test plans in alignment with company standards and project requirements.

Lead QA/QC kickoff and coordination meetings with project and client stakeholders.

Oversee all inspection activities, including installation verification, workmanship checks, and system testing for electrical systems such as power distribution, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.

Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation and compliance.

Ensure adherence to NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and applicable codes and standards.
