Test Bench Engineer * Semiconductor & Microelectronics

• Analyze datasheets, test plans, and MIL-STD requirements to define electrical and functional test conditions.
• Design or set up DUT boards, PCB interfaces, Burn-in boards, and custom fixtures.
• Configure, operate, and debug test bench equipment for accurate, repeatable results.
• Perform electrical characterization, functional, programming, and environmental testing.
• Maintain detailed engineering notes, schematics, and test records.
• Support Sales and Engineering with quoting, hardware needs, and process improvements.
• Contribute to LabVIEW or automation development (preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, Systems, Aerospace, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 4 years minimum experience of test bench experience with semiconductor/microelectronics devices.

• MIL-STD experience, LabVIEW, chip-level programming, PCB layout knowledge.
• Proven ability to interpret datasheets, configure and debug equipment, set up DUT/PCB boards, and execute full device-level tests.
• Proficiency with Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, PXIe systems, Curve Tracers, Function/Signal Generators, DC Power Supplies, DMMs, VNA, TDR, Thermostream, environmental chambers, breadboarding, chip-level programming tools, and standard lab electronics/soldering equipment.
