Our Defense team in Salt Lake City, UT is eagerly looking for a Senior Material Handler to join their dynamic team. You will join the Supply Chain team, reporting directly to our Materials Supervisor and enjoy an on-site, collaborative working environment on 1st shift (9/80 schedule, M-Th 7am - 4pm and every other F from 7am - 3pm).

As a Sr. Material Handler, you will make a critical impact by holding responsibility for the following:

  • Support the storage and movement raw materials, supplies, parts/components and finished goods within the facility

  • Support shipping, receiving and warehouse related activities

  • Execute inventory control processes to include cycle counts, variance reconciliation and ensuring optimal inventory levels

  • Process and submit material related workflows, documentation and records management

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Process

To be considered for a Sr. Material Handler role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • HS diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

  • Technical skills to include knowledge/use of Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and Data Entry

  • Experience working with ERP systems is a plus but not a requirement

  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

Salary Range Transparency:

Salt Lake City, UT $20.00-$25.00 Hourly

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
