  • Flexera is seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support global paid media and social initiatives and collaborate across teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role will focus on paid search, paid social, and emerging platforms, while also contributing to organic social and SEO efforts. You'll work closely with two other Senior Digital Marketing Managers, the Web team, Field Marketing, and Lifecycle Campaign Managers to enhance user journeys and optimize conversion.

  • You'll be actively involved in campaign execution, including paid media and paid social, performance analysis, landing page development, and social media support, with a strong emphasis on testing and optimization. The role also includes partnering with our paid media agency to ensure alignment on strategy, performance goals, and reporting standards.

  • The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in paid media, a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving digital innovation through teamwork.

What You Will Do

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Co-manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, paid social, and emerging platforms.

  • Co-manage the paid media agency relationship, ensuring alignment on goals, performance expectations, and reporting standards.

  • Provide strategic direction and feedback based on analytics to continuously improve agency output.

  • Partner with Field Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing Managers to align paid strategies with audience targeting and funnel progression.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, audience segments, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and CPL.

  • Collaborate with the Web team to create and optimize Drupal landing pages and personalized experiences for campaigns; improve conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Stay current on analytics best practices, evolving tools, and industry benchmarks to enhance reporting capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

Social Media Strategy & Support

  • Help oversee paid and organic social campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.

  • Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure messaging consistency and audience engagement.

  • Schedule and publish social posts in alignment with content calendars and campaign timelines.

  • Monitor social performance metrics and optimize campaigns for awareness and lead generation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze performance across paid media, web, and campaign channels using tools like GA4, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms to surface actionable insights.

  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, pipeline contribution, ROI) and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and Web teams to interpret data and recommend changes that improve campaign performance and user experience.

  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign summaries to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Stay current on analytics best practices, evolving tools, and industry benchmarks to enhance reporting capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

SEO & Organic Growth Support

  • Assist with keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO improvements, and actively implement optimizations based on findings and best practices.

  • Collaborate with the Web team to ensure changes are applied correctly and tracked for performance impact.

  • Stay current on AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) trends, contributing to experimentation, testing, and applying new techniques to improve visibility and rankings.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • Demonstrated success in developing strategies and executing paid programs that drive measurable growth-not just traffic.

  • Advanced expertise in paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn), account-based marketing (ABM - 6sense is a plus), and user lifecycle optimization.

  • Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting, including GA4, to improve website performance and inbound conversion.

  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices, ABM platforms (6sense), SEMrush, Salesforce, and CMS systems (Drupal and/or WordPress preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter) and social scheduling tools such as Sprout Social.

  • Experience building and optimizing campaigns, as well as managing paid media agencies.

  • Highly organized, proactive self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
