In this Role You Will

  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Accurately process subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and other legal orders in accordance with federal and state regulations and internal policies.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide expert guidance and support to branch staff and customers regarding deposit transactions and legal order status.
  • Resolve Complex Issues: Address and resolve inquiries related to deposits, account discrepancies, and transaction errors with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and report on all legal orders and deposit transactions, supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Deposit Operations team.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Liaise with courts, attorneys, government agencies, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to legal requests.
  • Safeguard Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of deposit and legal order processing.




  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In house experience of two years or more in any of the above areas or advanced knowledge in one or more areas.
  • PC proficiency in Word and Excel; 10 key by touch' is preferred.
  • Multi-lingual, a plus
