Southwest Concrete Paving is an established concrete paving company specializing in military airfield construction across the western United States. The Batch Plant Loader Operator position is responsible for maintaining site stockpiles and working materials to provide compliant consistent materials to feed bins on the batch plant. Maintaining stockpiles and stockpile floors is a key component of the role, however additional duties will be assigned outside of paving operations. Those duties may include set-up of batch plant, water and dust control, general plant maintenance, yard clean-up and organization, etc. Operation of other equipment including water truck, Gannon tractor, reach lift, areal lift, etc. may be necessary. The individual will be responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment daily. PRIMARY DUTIES:

In addition to a competitive salary of $30.00 per hour, Davis Bacon Rates apply on participating projects. Southwest Concrete Paving is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
