Responsibilities

Location: Wichita, KS (On-site)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate as a Teamcenter expert to resolve key systemic process issues identified by the application support team
  • Understanding Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Perform tests for environmental integrity and performance
  • Continuously improve and optimize system business process
  • Develop processes and documentation to ensure Teamcenter systems are sustainable
  • Actively monitor and continuously improve the PLM Teamcenter production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in a PLM and/or MES-related business process role:
    • Level 2: 2-4+ years of related experience
    • Level 3: 5-8+ years of related experience
    • Level 4: 9-13+ years of related experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
  • Must be able to secure Program access approval

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Security Clearance
  • Articulate solution ideas with clarity with good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated Teamcenter Configuration experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues, find root cause and identify both temporary and permanent solutions
  • Ability to comprehend software, hardware, and networking architecture concepts
  • Demonstrated experience conducting formal Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective Action
  • Experience participating in technical teams with diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter data model, configuration, BMIDE, workflow development, and data import experience
  • Working knowledge of Oracle or comparable RDBMS
  • Experience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter tools including:
    • Active Workspace
    • Teamcenter Manufacturing
    • Shop Floor Connect
    • eQ MI Integration tools
    • Automated Multiuser Testing
