We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our busy surgical office at Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery- Massachusetts General Hospital. The Medical Assistant will support physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff in providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include: Greeting and rooming patients, obtaining vitals Preparing exam rooms and assisting with minor in-office procedures Assisting with wound care and post operative surgical care Coordinating patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations Supporting providers with clinical and administrative tasks as needed Maintaining supplies, equipment, and a clean, safe environment Qualifications: Co-op or work experience in a healthcare setting required Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills EMR/Epic experience a plus This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered surgical practice at MGH.
