Apply to join Color and do the most meaningful work of your career. If you are not sure that you're 100% qualified but are up for the challenge - we want you to apply!
We are hiring a Senior Manager of Business Operations to lead one of the most important efforts of Color's commercial strategy: defining and communicating the value we deliver to employers, unions, and their advisors. In this role, you will own our ROI model and the performance systems that help our teams focus on what matters most. You will bring financial clarity, operational discipline, and external credibility to how we scale.
This role is grounded in a belief that healthcare should be both high-quality and accountable. As we grow, we must be able to show customers exactly how Color is improving care and reducing unnecessary costs. That means presenting a rigorously supported, data-informed case that can stand up to the scrutiny of actuaries, consultants, and finance leaders.
This is a role for someone who believes that operational clarity is a form of care. You will help us focus, improve, and grow with purpose.
How You'll Contribute:
As a strategic member of the Business Operations team you will play a key role in helping Color scale responsibly, improve margins, and deliver on our value promise to customers. Your work will influence pricing, planning, enablement, and performance at every level of the commercial and delivery organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and systems design - and wants to build the operational infrastructure for a rapidly growing healthcare business. Similarly, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to shape how we deliver measurable value to our customers.

You Will
  • Lead and Evolve Color's ROI Model: You will own our enterprise-facing ROI model. This includes validating assumptions with internal data, revisiting clinical research, and refining how we track and communicate the value we deliver. You will represent this model in external conversations with actuaries, consultants, and benefits leaders, and you will build the materials that help Color's teams explain our impact clearly and confidently.
  • Build the GTM Performance Infrastructure: You will develop and maintain dashboards that surface the most important insights about how our Sales and commercial teams are performing. You will help define and track the metrics that matter: CAC, funnel conversion, enrollment trends, and more. Your work will inform resourcing, compensation, and planning at the leadership level.
  • Drive Strategic Planning and Insight Development: You will lead the development of executive-ready materials that connect financial, operational, and clinical inputs into one clear strategic narrative. This includes pricing strategy, forecasting inputs, segmentation models, and board- or customer-facing presentations. You will help ensure that our internal planning is grounded in real performance data and aligned to the outcomes we promise externally.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • 7+ years in business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a similar field in a healthcare environment
  • Experience owning ROI or health economics models used in customer-facing discussions or enterprise deal strategy
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims, outcomes measurement, and cost-of-care concepts, and an eagerness to learn how claims data maps to impact
  • Experience representing data and insights to executive and customer audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel or Google Sheets for building financial and ROI models
  • Ability to write and interpret SQL and work with data platforms such as Metabase
  • Experience defining business metrics and building dashboards using SQL and BI tools such as Metabase or Looker
  • Track record of owning projects from idea to execution with strong judgment and prioritization
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits
  • 401k match
  • Monthly phone and wifi stipend for employees, annual ergonomic stipend
  • Generous vacation policy, paid holidays and company-wide recharge days
  • Equal paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents
  • Free cancer screening and prevention resources for employees and their adult dependents
Base Salary Range: $130,000-170,000
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
