Catholic Charities Maine Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and mission-drivenStabilization, Engagement & Prevention Coordinator (SEPC)to join ourCommunity Access, Resources and Engagement Services (CARES) Teamin Portland. About the Role:The SEPC plays a critical role in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs by providingcare coordination, assessment, stabilization, prevention, education, and outreach. This position involveshome and community-based workacross the Greater Portland area, including Cumberland and York Counties. As a SEPC, you will:
This role includes participation in arotating 24/7 coverage scheduleshared with team members. Starting Salary:$24.00 - $28.25 per hour. Actual starting salary contingent with experience/education. Benefits include:
