Responsibilities

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $18.25/Hr. - $29.75/Hr. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and grow client and prospective client relationship:

    Shows a dedication to delivering a superior customer experience with each client regardless of the request.
  • Builds strong relationships through creating engagement with clients to understand their complete financial profile and make recommendations for additional products and services.
  • Consistently identifies product and service referrals across all bank business lines which benefit our clients ensuring a warm handoff to the appropriate partner.

Achieve Sales and Service Targets:

  • Demonstrates a strong support and focus on the goals of the Digital Deposit Team and directs efforts towards meeting them through the use of digital sales techniques.
  • Displays the highest level of knowledge and expertise in deposit product and account lifecycle management.
  • Educate clients on consumer deposit account products, support the account opening process through online and phone-based applications (based on training/management direction).
  • Explain benefits of ancillary product offering to clients and follow-up on opportunities through relationship onboarding efforts.
  • Supports the Digital Deposit Team service level goals through balancing deposit, account activities and fielding client chats and calls in queues as assigned.
  • Ensure client concerns are resolved and communicated in a timely manner.

Operations Oversight:

  • Acquires and maintains knowledge of all regulatory, compliance and company policies and procedures. Attends and completes required compliance training. Performs job responsibilities following all regulatory, compliance and company/Old National Bank policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with the Digital Deposit Team by sharing success stories and ideas, tips and coaching that could improve the effectiveness of the team.
  • Develops strong relationships and partnerships with lending bankers, banking center bankers and operational teams.
  • Understands competitor bank products/services to explain the advantage of Old National Bank's products and services with our clients.
  • Performs account maintenance requested by clients and management within specified authority.
  • Meets attendance and scheduling requirements for required shifts including Saturday rotations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Ability to cross-sell new and existing bank product and services while providing a superior customer experience through relationship banking.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services with a deposit focus preferred.
  • Savvy user of mobile/digital solutions.
  • Pleasant manner in dealing with bank clients.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Must be self-motivated and goal orientated.
  • Team player offering ideas and considerations for the benefit of the division.
  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Expected to participate in appropriate classes and training as required by management.
