Earn $18.25/hour

Shift Differentials: Mon-Fri, 1st shift-$3; Mon-Fri 2nd or 3rd shift-$4; Weekends (Fri, 11pm-Mon, 7am)-$5

Schedule: PRN; Varied per program needs (no set schedule or hours)

Position Details

The Residential Worker plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centered care to residents in an assisted living setting for individuals with mental health needs. This position is responsible for supporting residents in their daily lives, promoting independence, and fostering a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Life Skills Development: Actively engage residents in daily living activities to enhance their independence and functional abilities.
• Community Integration: Accompany residents to medical appointments, treatment sessions, and other community outings, ensuring safety and support throughout.
• Individual Support: Provide one-on-one interaction and support as needed, building trust and rapport with residents.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, clear, and timely documentation of resident progress and daily interactions in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards.
• Therapeutic Environment: Deliver care that prioritizes residents' rights, dignity, safety, and comfort, contributing to a positive and supportive living environment.
