Overview
Metronome is seeking a Senior GEOINT Analyst (Production Specialist) to support the AOE - Office of Eurasia under Task Order GEO-SPI B-008. This role requires advanced GIS expertise, spatiotemporal analysis experience, and the ability to produce high-quality geospatial intelligence products leveraging ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and multi-INT datasets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct advanced geospatial and spatiotemporal analysis using vector, raster, and multi-INT datasets. Produce high-value GEOINT products, visualizations, and intelligence assessments. Build and manage GIS projects in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, ensuring accuracy, speed, and analytical rigor. Leverage imagery and disparate datasets to conduct multi-INT geospatial exploitation. Apply geospatial data standards, web services, workflow optimization techniques, and templated map production practices. Build maps, visualizations, and layouts grounded in strong cartographic principles. Generate repeatable, interoperable products supporting mission partners. Maintain high proficiency and speed with GIS tools to meet operational timelines.
Master's degree in a quantitative geospatial field, OR bachelor's degree with 7+ years of applied advanced GIS experience, OR equivalent combination of senior-level GIS experience and education. Minimum of 5 years conducting geospatial analysis. Demonstrated advanced proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, producing spatial analysis outputs, visualizations, and data management solutions. Experience conducting spatiotemporal analysis using disparate vector and raster datasets. Experience merging disparate datasets with imagery for multi-INT geospatial analysis. Completed Imagery Analysis Course. Knowledge of GIS workflow optimization, web services, geospatial data standards, and map templating. Strong understanding of visualization and cartographic principles (geographic design, visual hierarchy, color, composition, topography, statistics, layout). Experience using Python and RemoteView. Demonstrated experience creating maps for visualization and intelligence production.
