Led by Visa's Chief Data Officer, the Global Data Office coordinates high-impact, complex, company-wide projects related to data business strategy, critical investments, policy development, and marketplace execution. Working closely with Visa's Chief Privacy Officer, the Technology organization, Government Solutions, the wider data community, and the full set of Visa's global lines of business, the Global Data Office is evolving Visa's data and AI-related work with momentum and enthusiasm. Visa's Global Data Office develops and manages a portfolio of innovative data solutions powering multiple lines of business, government, and merchant clients. These products deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and unlock opportunities for growth and customer engagement. The Data Product Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data products across their lifecycle, with a strong focus on analytics, insights, and AI-driven recommendations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers on data products, supporting pipeline management, sales enablement, and cross-functional projects with marketing, sales, engineering, and operations.
  • Own feedback tracking for all supported products, organize, manage, and synthesize client, user, and internal input to inform product improvements and prioritization.
  • Manage client onboarding and workspace setup processes across the product portfolio, ensuring seamless experiences and accurate billing.
  • Address client inquiries and product-related issues, working with marketing to create product collateral, case studies, and demo assets.
  • Support development of AI-powered features and data-driven insights to enhance product value.
  • Assist in analyzing product performance metrics and generating actionable recommendations for optimization.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Experience working with merchants or merchant-focused data products.
  • Exposure to building or supporting new data or AI-driven products.
  • Technical background or familiarity with data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML concepts.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and insights generation (e.g., dashboards, recommendation engines).
  • Proficiency with modern analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, SQL) and experience with AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product/project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, consulting, product, or project management role. SaaS or digital product experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skill, able to interpret and translate complex data for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities, able to prioritize tasks across concurrent initiatives.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 123,000.00 to 173,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
