The Senior Analyst supports critical business operations by transforming complex data into meaningful insights and reliable reporting. This role serves as a subject matter expert, collaborating across departments to strengthen data integrity and streamline processes. You'll have the opportunity to influence key business decisions and contribute to the overall success of the line of business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and maintain databases and information systems to ensure accurate, efficient data flow across the business.

  • Develop and enhance complex reports using SQL, VBA, and advanced Excel to meet hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs.

  • Analyze and validate data for quality, consistency, and accuracy, maintaining documentation for all reporting processes.

  • Streamline and optimize reporting by assessing existing reports, evaluating business needs, and recommending improvements.

  • Collaborate and gather reporting requirements from department partners, implementing solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Program and automate reporting scripts to support new or existing databases and improve reporting efficiency.

  • Support workforce operations by managing schedules, PTO/Flex planning, and financial analysis related to staffing.

  • Manage system entitlements by reviewing and maintaining application access for all Customer Care agents.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Banking, Customer Service, Finance, or Sales

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and SQL

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook) and VBA programming

Preferred:

  • Experience with InformEnt/COGNOS or similar reporting systems

  • Prior experience in workforce management or customer care analytics
