About the Role


Impact you will make


As the EPIC Relationship Director, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing FinThrive's strategic relationship with the electronic medical record EPIC. You will serve as the primary relationship builder, working closely with EPIC and internal teams to maximize partnership value. Your efforts will ensure strong alignment, collaboration, and mutual success between FinThrive and EPIC/Meditech, supporting our growth and innovation in the healthcare technology space.



What you will do



  • Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen the partnership between FinThrive and EPIC.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all EHR -related partnership activities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing success of joint initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation with EPIC.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of EPIC ecosystem, priorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent FinThrive at EPIC related industry events and conferences.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the EHR Channel Leader and executive team



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, partnership management, or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of EPIC's platform, operations, and culture.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and implementation teams.
  • Self-motivated and independent worker.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Former EPIC employee or significant experience working with EPIC.
  • Experience in healthcare technology implementations or product management.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure performance driven environment
