In this role, you'll support multiple properties in Milwaukee while making a meaningful impact every day. What You'll Do
Lead onsite operations and performance at multiple communities Foster strong resident relationships, engagement, and satisfaction Support team members with coaching, development, and clear expectations Drive leasing success, occupancy, and retention through proactive outreach Manage budgets, financial performance, and address delinquency challenges Uphold strong reputation management and respond quickly to resident needs Oversee unit turns, inspections, vendor coordination, and curb appeal Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing requirements Champion community-building initiatives and resident service connections
What You'll Bring
Previous property management experience (or strong assistant manager ready to step up) Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites Enthusiastic, outgoing, resident-focused approach - a true people person Confidence working within diverse communities and understanding resident needs Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with LIHTC or resident services/social work preferred Ability to handle financials, collections, and budgeting
