The Opportunity The Financial Coordinator supports two of the four colleges on the Daytona Beach campus and reports to the College Financial Analyst. In addition to assisting the Analyst, this role provides direct financial support to faculty within the colleges. Responsibilities include processing and assisting with financial transactions in Workday-such as travel expenses, purchase requisitions, budget adjustments, and journal entries. The position also helps manage philanthropic funds, supports external grant and contract processing and reporting, assists with month-end reporting, and conducts ad hoc financial analyses. The Coordinator must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn (or already be familiar with) Workday systems.
