This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned avionics professional to take ownership of all avionics-related work on complete tear-downs, full restorations, and total rebuilds of Twin Otter aircraft.

The company maintains a small, highly collaborative team with strong values centered on professionalism, teamwork, and long-term growth. They are not looking for contractor-minded individuals-they want someone dedicated to becoming part of their team as they continue to expand.

All openings begin as open-ended contract roles with strong potential for direct hire.

  • Reviewing wiring diagrams, technical data, schematics, and interface requirements

  • Ensuring proper documentation of all avionics tasks, including log entries and compliance records

  • Working closely with leadership, technicians, and external vendors to maintain schedule alignment

  • Supporting aircraft inspections, system checks, and final delivery preparation

Required Experience

  • Strong Garmin experience (G-series, navigators, flight decks, interfaces, or equivalent)

  • Hands-on experience with wiring, terminations, system testing, and integration

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and STC documentation

  • Strong leadership or lead-level experience preferred

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

  • Ability and desire to become a long-term member of a growing team

What Makes This Opportunity Unique

  • Work on highly specialized, frame-up Twin Otter restoration and rebuild projects
