Join Our Team as an Order Fulfillment Representative at Epiroc!

The Order Fulfillment Representative is the customer relationship expert within the Supply Chain organization responsible for upselling and maximizing customer satisfaction. They are the key point of contact for daily customer business, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and developing relationships with new customers.

The work environment is representative of what an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job within an office environment. Principal Responsibilities



  • Respond to inquiries about stock balance, pricing, lead time, delivery, parts information, specifications, and availability
  • Answer e-mails and Service Cloud cases, occasionally backing up answering telephone calls
  • Create quotes, sales orders, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), proposals, invoices, and new accounts
  • Assist in investigating issues relating to inventory, pricing, deliveries, returns, credits and technical issues
  • Track incoming shipments and backorders, providing a weekly backorder report to customers with relevant information regarding the status of their orders
  • Running a monthly Shipped In Full/On Time (SIFOT) report for customers and providing back pertinent information to sales team
  • Attend weekly customer meetings and provide feedback on status of orders
  • Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff
  • Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business and personal development opportunities

Education & Experience



  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required
  • At least three years of experience performing analytical tasks within a supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel (Moderate to Advanced level) and Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized
  • Requires reliable in-office attendance five days a week fulfilling a 40-hour work week
  • Ability to work On-Call hours per business needs required



Responsible for meeting the objectives of our ISO programs. When there are any questions

regarding these programs they shall be directed to your supervisor/manager or the facility ISO representative. Supervisors and managers are responsible for communicating policy and objectives of ISO programs to their employees.
