Disclosure Representative- Senior level

Bluehawk is seeking ten senior level Disclosure Representatives who shall perform work at designated government-owned factilities at USINDOPACOM HQ Camp H.M. Smith; USINDOPACOM JIOC, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI; and other military locations on the island of Oahu, HI. Locations also may include OCONUS & CONUS U.S. Government Controlled Facilities within the USINDOPACOM's Area of Responsibility (AOR) or their Joint Detachment (JDET) Offices in Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; or Ft. Worth, TX.

Primary work location is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, however government will determine based on mission requirements.

Prepares and processes foreign disclosure requests and proposes recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance. Reviews various products for release, ensuring all sources have been identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied. Verifies sources against product content. Maintains record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications, and responds to requests for data; proposes disclosures or releases of information after technical and substantive reviews of information; advises on foreign disclosure policy and procedures in accordance with the Foreign Disclosure program; and tracks and maintains records for decisions concerning disclosure. Possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in IC and DoD policies and procedures for determining the releasability of classified information.

Special Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience providing support at the DoD, Joint Staff (JS), or Combatant Command (CCMD) level.
• Demonstrated Foreign Disclosure skills at the strategic/operational level.
• Demonstrate a Full understanding of Presidential, DoD, and Joint Staff level directives and guidance, knowledge of National, DoD and USINDOPACOM requirements, and deliberate and adaptive planning requirements to accomplish mission goals and support organizations throughout the USINDOPACOM AOR.
• All Contractor personnel will shepherd requests for release throughout the process and maintain data basing of releasable production. Contractors shall also have the experience, knowledge, and skills in using databases. dissemination programs. and software applications.
