Overview Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an Emergency Management Specialist to be responsible for ensuring the compliance of NAVSEA 04's emergency management, Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), and physical security programs. This individual will serve as the point of contact for all emergency management, COOP, and physical security related issues in supporting the Nakupuna Program Manager and the NAVSEA 04 Front Office team. Responsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this position. Provide subject matter expertise to support SEA 04 Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) and Emergency Management planning. The Contractor shall have the capability, experience and knowledge of DOD, Navy, NAVSEA and SEA 04 COOP and Emergency Management policies and plans.
Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in working with continuity of operations planning (COOP) and emergency management. The ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with Navy/NAVSEA physical security programs. Education and Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience:
Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a government-issued CAC and possess a Secret clearance. Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees. | |||||||||
