Opportunity Details:

  • Perform a full scope of women's health exams, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
  • Diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care for patients.
  • Document patient histories and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Counsel patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and wellness.
  • Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Stay current with best practices, clinical guidelines, and emerging innovations in the field.
Qualifications
  • Board Eligibility and/or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Wages and Benefits include:

AnnualBase Salary: $296,000* (board eligible); $301,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.Additionalcompensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800** (board eligible) and $441,300** (board certified),which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

  • Estimated annual compensation for 10additionalsessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***.

  • Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

    • Employees areimmediatelyvestedin a 3% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.
    • After one year ofservice, employees receive anadditional7% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.

  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.

  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.

  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.

  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.

  • Additionalemployee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage is available for you and your family.

  • Loan Forgiveness: Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.

  • Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.
