Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Empire Pass Houseperson is responsible for transporting staff and linens, supplying cleaning chemicals, and performing light duties for the housekeeping department. RESPONSIBILITIES: Transport linen to various locations and pick up linen to return to the Shooting Star Lodge Change out cleaning chemicals with proper protection Assist in training seasonal workers Write reports and keep track of inventory Clean common areas of lodges and perform daily housekeeping services Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to handle multiple tasks and possess strong organizational skills Proficient on the computer operating systems Must be self-motivated and able to work independently Must be able to consistently and consecutively lift up to 50 lbs. Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be comfortable operating a large van Must be able to comfortably communicate in English with guests, staff, and property managers Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish and English) DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 12/1/2025 - 4/19/2026 PAY RATE: $21.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
