Position: Material Handler / Saw Operation - 2nd Shift Location: Jackson, WI Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 p.m.-1:30 a.m. \| Overtime on Fridays We have an immediate opening for a reliable, detail-oriented 2nd Shift Material Handler /Saw Operator to join our team in Jackson, WI. We're looking for a self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude and a solid work ethic who can help support daily production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks safely and efficiently Move, stage, and organize raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility Supply workstations with required materials to maintain steady workflow Prepare skids, pallets, and packaging for shipments Accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation Operate a forklift to transport materials within the warehouse and production areas Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures Communicate effectively with production and shipping teams Assist with inventory counts, material checks, and stock rotation Operate saw equipment to cut raw materials to specified lengths/sizes Read and interpret basic measurements, cut lists, and job travelers Inspect sawed materials for accuracy, quality, and proper labeling Perform basic maintenance on saw equipment, including blade checks and cleaning Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent work history Forklift operation experience required Shipping/receiving experience is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read measurements and work with hand tools Basic understanding of material cutting processes preferred Ability to safely operate a saw (or willingness to learn with training) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift materials throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50lb Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
