As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations across industries digitize their supply chains, streamline operations, and unlock the value of their information.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Deep Customer Engagement: Work directly with prospects and customers to understand their business processes, technical environments, and integration needs across ERP, eCommerce, and cloud platforms.

  • Solution Architecture: Design and deliver scalable, repeatable cloud integration solutions for major ERP systems including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Sage, as well as eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart marketplaces.

  • Technical Discovery & Design: Lead discovery sessions, architect cloud integration solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams on proposal development.

  • Compelling Demonstrations: Build and present product demonstrations, presentations, and sales enablement materials that clearly communicate the business value of OpenText's platform.

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the voice of the customer by providing actionable feedback to Product Engineering on trends, enhancements, and roadmap priorities.

  • Standardization & Reuse: Architect solutions that can be standardized and productized for broader market adoption across the mid-market segment.

  • Sales Cycle Leadership: Support RFP/RFI responses, contribute to business cases and implementation plans, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales delivery.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience: 5-8 years of combined experience in software development, solution implementation, or pre-sales-ideally in B2B integration environments.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of EDI, API, and ERP integration across on-premise, SaaS, and iPaaS models.

    • Hands-on experience with leading ERP systems: Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, and Sage.

    • Familiarity with integration technologies/protocols such as REST, SOAP, EDI, and cloud integration frameworks.

  • Consultative Skills: Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value, influence decision makers, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and customer-facing abilities.

  • Tools: Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

  • Additional Desired Requirements:

    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

    • Ability to travel as needed to support customer opportunities in Mexico.

Salary Range: $107,730-$176,985; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
