Why M Physicians?

The SLP Clinic supports 5 unique neurology and mental health subspecialty programs. All programs provide comprehensive care to patients including clinical and non-clinical support. We see patients who are experiencing first time symptoms as well as those with a longstanding diagnosis who may be struggling to find the best treatment.Our team consists of providers, nurses, social workers, PharmD, and other health care professionals that diagnose and treat patients. Our team of experts provide the latest in clinical care along with education and support to patients and caregivers.

What you will do as a TMS Technician:

  • Administers TMS treatments using a variety of equipment.
  • Manages TMS waitlist and works closely with prior authorization team to secure insurance coverage for treatment.
  • Serves as a liaison between patient and the medical providers.
  • Manages medical records after completion of TMS treatments, including scanning relevant information into the EMR.
  • Monitors patient schedule to ensure clinic and procedure schedules are maintained or optimized, and staff resources are efficiently used.
  • Participates in clinic training in engaging actively treated patients in behavioral activation therapy to enhance patient response to treatments.
  • Greets patients, verifies and completes necessary information for registration, manages referral process and validates insurance coverage.
  • Resolves problems regarding exam orders and maintains/coordinates medical information and records.
  • Provides administrative support for physician/nursing staff, and clinic manager.

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Some post high school education
  • 1-2 years of experience doing medical office work, scheduling, medical related education or administrative assistance

Location: St. Louis Park Clinic - 5775 Wayzata Blvd Suite 200 St. Louis Park, MN 55416

Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation:

20.00 - 29.00 USD Hourly
