Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver in Baldwinsville, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned food and beverage locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the food and beverage location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for any irregularities.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for employees, visitors, and guests.
• Document and communicate incidents, observations, and activities according to site and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
