Description
The Mortgage Development Program Manager II designs and delivers training programs that support mortgage origination, compliance, systems, and operational processes. This role leads new-hire training, supports change management for new systems and regulations, and partners with leadership to enhance curriculum and team development.

Job Duties:
- Develop and conduct training sessions for new software applications, procedures, products, and compliance requirements, while ensuring full compliance with mortgage industry laws and regulations
- Administer training for new hires and support in the onboarding process
- Responsible for change management efforts regarding new mortgage system launches or regulatory changes
- Responsible for gathering regular feedback from the mortgage team to help create solutions to increase operational efficiencies that meet both department and credit union goals
- Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of training and individual employee results, job performance concerns, and future learning plans
- Ensure internal communications and learnings are available and or delivered in a timely and effective manner
- Assist teams with fast adoption of new strategies, systems, and/or processes
- Acts as a subject matter expert for all mortgage systems
- Partner with management to gain knowledge of training scenarios, and facilitate a variety of training courses to support the further development of the training curriculum
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting mortgage lending products and services, with organizational development, change management and training/development experience preferred
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results in a fast paced fluid environment
- Ability to successfully drive projects, processes and change management concepts in a dynamic and complex operating environment
- Demonstrated strong skills in problem solving
- Strong communication, listening, and facilitation skills with ability to balance multiple perspectives and develop effective solutions
- Demonstrate proficiency in systems, demonstrations, presentations, and verbal and written communications
- Creative ability to design compelling visual graphics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$80,000 to 97,000 annually + annual bonus
