We are searching for a highly strategic and results-driven Director: Digital Growth and Revenue Operations to take ownership of our end-to-end digital customer experience, from initial engagement to realized revenue. This is a critical leadership role responsible for optimizing our entire digital engine and building the operational infrastructure that will scale our company's success.

What You Will Be Doing: Key Areas of Impact


Digital Strategy & Architecture

  • Architecting the Future: Design and refine our comprehensive digital architecture to support the entire customer journey, driving self-serve pathways, digital conversions and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Growth Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Digital Growth/Demand team, providing strategic oversight for integrated, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate funnel velocity and achieve growth targets.
  • Innovation & Platforms: Evaluate and implement best-in-class digital platforms (CMS, Marketing Automation, Self-Serve Portals) to optimize the buying experience and develop long-term digital roadmaps to meet business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure our digital infrastructure, data and reporting supports product innovation and GTM strategies.


Revenue Operations & Reporting

  • RevOps Oversight: Lead the Revenue Operations team, ensuring rigorous alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Operations to drive efficiency and velocity across all stages of the revenue cycle.
  • Data & Forecasting Ownership: Own and deliver accurate revenue reporting and forecasting. Track, measure, and analyze performance across the entire funnel (MQLs, SALs, conversion rates, pipeline generation, ROI).
  • Scalability & Rigor: Ensure a robust and scalable GTM technology ecosystem by collaborating closely with Systems teams to establish rigorous, standardized processes and SLAs for all core GTM functions, including lead management, data hygiene, and system governance, while ensuring the capacity to adapt to evolving business requirements and capture high-fidelity data.


Data-Driven Optimization & Execution

  • Customer Journey Optimization: Leverage deep data analysis of customer behavior to identify and implement journey optimizations that improve conversion rates and refine value propositions.
  • KPI Management: Define and monitor critical KPIs related to digital performance, pipeline health, and LTV, constantly using data to optimize strategies.
  • Acquisition Integration: Play a pivotal role in the digital due diligence and integration of company acquisitions, ensuring a seamless merger of infrastructure and RevOps processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have

Bachelor's Degree in related field and 8 years relevant experience; or Master's Degree in related field and 6 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

We'd like you to have



  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, customer journey mapping, digital infrastructure, and marketing operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Digital Marketing, IT, Business Administration) is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in digital analytics tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Proven experience with digital transformation projects and technology integration.
  • Strategic Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable digital strategies and a proven ability to contribute to long-term business growth.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of effectively leading teams and managing diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Other requirements

This position requires up to 10% travel to Infotech's Gainesville headquarters as needed.
