Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day administrative support of Masimo's Global Health and Africa business initiatives. Helps to maintain and grow a dedicated process for new and existing global health and Africa opportunities within Masimo. The position will work closely with Masimo Sales Operations, IS and Operations teams in both the US and internationally to maintain processes, reports and systems for Global Health and Africa orders. This role requires a strong service mindset to ensure a best-in-class customer experience for some of Masimo's largest customers.

Duties & Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with Global Health and Africa divisions to assist in managing varying administrative projects.
  • Develop consistent and pro-active communications with customers on shipment status, delays, and other updates.
  • Proactively anticipates shipment issues and works internally and externally to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer order queries and issues and provide order status to customers.
  • Communicate quality-related information to customers and coordinate internally with Masimo Quality.
  • Promote and maintain a positive, professional, customer-centric culture to customer questions.
  • Perform regular review of overdue orders and orders on hold.
  • Coordinate supply and shipment of evaluation units, samples, and other supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications



  • Minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience in customer service, issue management, quality, and service operations.
  • Experience working with a customer-focused team in an international product company.
  • Experience in working across time zones, geographies, and cultures.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and customer service operations and systems.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Prior experience with salesforce.com or other CRM system is preferable.
  • Works independently and is deadline-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated and pro-active.


Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $30-35 per hour plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in office-like environments. It requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting. Team members must be able to lift up to 20 kg. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.
