- Shape opportunities and define the win path
- Engage early with Sales and Deal Makers to qualify pursuits and define how Atos can create value.
- Use AI-powered research and market insights to understand the client's business drivers, industry trends, and competitive position.
- Translate those insights into clear business outcomes and a winning strategy.
- Design future-ready solutions Lead cross-domain teams to design integrated solutions that use AI, automation, data analytics, and cloud technologies to solve real client problems.
- Ensure every solution is well-architected across business, technology, commercial, and delivery dimensions.
- Keep solutions evolving with the times, continuously improving them to reflect emerging technologies and maximize business value.
- Build the commercial and delivery model
- Work closely with Finance and Delivery teams to create sound financial structures, delivery models, and governance frameworks.
- Use AI copilots to build cost models, ROI analyses, and scenario simulations.
- Make sure every commercial decision supports both customer outcomes and Atos's risk posture.
- Tell a powerful story Turn complex solutions into clear, engaging narratives that connect technology to business outcomes.
- Lead client presentations, orals, and strategy sessions with confidence and empathy.
- Use AI tools to enhance storytelling with visuals, data insights, and proposal content. Ensure quality and transition smoothly
- Take ownership for the integrity of the solution throughout its lifecycle, from qualification to contract.
- Apply AI-enabled validation to check scope, SLAs, and risk alignment.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover with clear assumptions and success metrics.
- Govern the proposal plan, risk register, and quality reviews to maintain control and compliance through each pursuit phase.

- Able to apply AI for data-driven decision-making, risk analysis, and scenario planning across the solution lifecycle.
