We're looking for a Client Services Specialist to join a high-energy, service-driven team. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support throughout their experience. You'll work closely with internal teams and leadership to resolve inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and contribute to the department's evolving goals and service standards.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a people-centered environment, communicates with confidence and clarity, and enjoys balancing daily client needs with process-driven responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide prompt, accurate information and support to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain a client-first mindset while identifying opportunities to enhance service and strengthen relationships
  • Support daily office operations and partner with team members to meet service and performance goals
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to an evolving client service strategy
  • Use critical thinking to resolve questions, navigate gray areas, and make informed decisions
Qualifications
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to supporting team success
  • Personable, confident communicator who enjoys helping clients
  • Strong customer-centric attitude and passion for delivering excellent service
  • Experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with solid critical thinking abilities
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments and making sound decisions with limited direction.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
