Summary: In this role, you will operate as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to leaders across the Data & Digital organization. Leveraging strong business acumen and deep HR expertise, you will shape and guide people strategies that deliver measurable business impact. You will partner closely with business clients and HR Centers of Excellence to design and implement integrated talent solutions that enhance organizational capability and enable long-term growth. This includes providing strategic counsel on performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, and culture development. Through clear insight, thoughtful challenge, and proactive guidance, you will help leaders navigate complex talent needs, strengthen team effectiveness, and build an environment where employees are equipped and empowered to succeed. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
