About the Role: The Program Coordinator BH Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing behavioral health programs within a healthcare services setting. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, coordination, and evaluation of behavioral health initiatives to improve patient outcomes and service delivery. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, administrative staff, and external partners, to align program goals with organizational objectives. The Program Coordinator BH Lead will also monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, ensuring programs meet quality standards and funding criteria.
