Internship Overview As an Ops Landfill Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of a landfill site, including environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, data collection, and site maintenance. This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or related fields. We are hiring for Operations (Landfill) in the following markets:

Qualifications Currently enrolled in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, or related field Strong interest in waste management, environmental protection, and sustainability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic understanding of environmental regulations and landfill operations (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
