Overview: As a Senior Strategic Insights Analyst at Securian Financial, you will play a critical role in advancing our Experience Measurement (XM) program. Your work will uncover actionable insights that help us optimize customer experiences across the enterprise. You'll research, analyze, and visualize data to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with data experts and business stakeholders to ensure we deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
