Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact to troubleshoot UKG and triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc.
- Support the maintenance of our HRIS systems to ensure current and future functionality exists to support the HR/Payroll teams and the business.
- Gather functional requirements for projects, working with business owners to ensure their requirements are met through discusssion, documentation, and testing.
- Review and audit HR data for accuracy, communicating with related teams and implementing new audits and process improvements.
- Creat new reports using UKG's People Analytics tool, Excel, and other vendor reporting tools.
- Generate reports on a schedule such as monthly turnover and other reports.
- Heavy use of Excel including Veritcal Lookups and other functions.
- Lead small to medium sized HRIS projects with moderate direction from manager; participate and support on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

- At least one year of experience in HRIS using UKG Pro is preferred.
- HRIS experience with large scale applications such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft can act as a substitute for preferred applications.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, especially Excel.
- Testing and Reporting experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines.
- Ability to manage small projects simultaneously with production support, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Highly analytical with the ability to process large quantities of data. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes.
