Renewal by Andersen of Central, Virginia & Roanoke is looking for a Customer Liaison Representative to join its growing team in Richmond, Virginia. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, signature service driven environment. The customer liaison representative with be responsible for communication with the customers throughout their customer journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding in the importance of customer service.

Overview:
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to be the main point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll support the sales team, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Support & Communication: Serve as the go-to contact for customers, responding to inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and text in a professional, timely manner.

-Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and manage appointments for measurements and installations, keeping everyone updated and ensuring timelines are met.

-Relationship Management: Build strong relationships by being empathetic, responsive, and solution-focused to meet customer needs and encourage loyalty.

-Accurate Information & Ethics: Provide clear, honest information about products, services, and policies to build trust and maintain company standards.

-Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.

-Team Communication: Act as a link between customers and internal teams (sales, installation, etc.) to keep everyone informed and resolve issues quickly.

-Call Center Efficiency: Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally using CRM tools to track interactions and maintain records.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2-3 years in customer service, financial and collections preferred.

Professionalism: Calm, respectful, and solution-oriented, even under pressure.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and scheduling tools.

People Skills: Great listener and communicator who can build trust with customers and colleagues.

Team Player: Works well with others and supports shared goals.

Detail-Oriented: Careful with details, follow-ups, and documentation to avoid errors and keep things running smoothly.

Adaptable: Able to adjust to changes and manage shifting priorities without losing focus or quality.
