Job Title: Inside Service Support Intern

Location: Conyers, GA

Whatwe'relooking for:

We are looking foran Inside Service Support(ISS)Intern.The ISS team is our first point of contact for customer support for our advanced refrigeration systems.Our internships are project-basedand focused on developing critical technical skills in support of the DFR InsideServiceand Field Service teams.This role willassistour remote technical supportmanagementteamwith skill and experience-levelappropriatesupport, process development, anddocumentationalong with creation of Knowledge Management and other tools.

Whatyou'llbe responsible forinthis role:

The successful candidate will help drive improvements to themost critical ISSprocesses.This will include but is not limited toprocesses critical to the tracking, trending and improving of customer contact and issue resolution. The candidate will also critically analyze data to help drive product improvement opportunities andestablishrobust field escalationprocess& rigor.You will be guided by structural goals andobjectives,andyour manager will offer coaching, mentoring, and direction.

What are the basicqualifications?

  • Enrollment in 4-year degree program

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,etc)

What are the preferredqualifications?

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, using logic and reason, creative and strategic thinking

  • Effective with written and oral communications

  • Problem solving - being able to solve complex problems effectively and efficiently

  • Industrial /Mechanical Engineering.Refrigerationcurriculum.
